2. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the booking requirements.
• Changes to Reservations: Changes to reservations, including date, time, or pickup location, may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Passenger Count and Vehicle Selection: The maximum number of passengers and amount of luggage allowed varies per vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to choose a vehicle that meets their needs.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Rates and Fees: Prices for services vary depending on vehicle type, time, and distance. Additional fees may apply for extra stops, wait times, or specific requests.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon booking, and we accept major credit cards and other secure forms of payment.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the base fare but can be added during booking or given to the chauffeur at the customer’s discretion.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pickup location and time without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
• Special Events & Weddings: For large events like weddings, specific cancellation policies and terms apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Passenger Safety: While Alex Limo Services LLC prioritizes safety and well-maintained vehicles, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items.
• Accidents or Delays: Alex Limo Services LLC is not liable for any delays, missed flights, or other incidents arising from unforeseen traffic, weather, or road conditions beyond our control.
• Insurance: All vehicles and drivers are fully insured to meet state and local requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

• Behavioral Expectations: Alex Limo Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who engages in disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behavior during transport.
• Alcohol and Substance Use: Alcohol consumption is allowed in certain vehicles for passengers over 21 years old, provided local regulations are followed. Drug use is strictly prohibited.
• Damage to Vehicles: Passengers are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during transport due to improper behavior or negligence. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.
